A lot of these AM session I am working out alone and I really am not good at staying to a set schedule by myself. I just end up doing random sets like today.

Strength: Squat Snatch

Strength: Squat/Pw. Clean and Jerks

Chest
   - Incline bench press
   - Flat dumbbell press
   - Dips
