Metcon: 20 min partner AMRAP
   - 5 burpees
   - 10 slam balls @ 30#
   - 15 double unders

Josh and Anthony: roughly 36 total rounds

Back

   - 5 x 5 pull ups
   - 4 x 10 lat pull downs
   - 4 x 10 seated rows
   - 4 x 8 single arm dumbbell rows
