   - 10 kb Step ups @ 53#

11:00 AM

Strength: OHS Tried to find max
Failed at 185 over and over and over.

Strength: Clean and Jerk
5 Rounds
   - 3 Squats cleans
   - 2 Split Jerks

Josh: All @ 185#

6:00 PM

Strength: Back Squat
3 Rounds
   - 3 reps

Josh: All @ 225#

( Today I essential felt like I was a walking around rag)
