ReplyDeleteIt was a little unorganized with the deck. Next time we'll plan it out better.
ReplyDeleteAlright well using my own deck went pretty well so maybe groups?
ReplyDeleteNext time we will just have 3. Possibly 4 depending on the number of people. We want groups to be able to keep up with each other. And workouts will have to be geared to help keep everyone able to be at a consistent pace. Double unders was a major slow for me, and a couple others, screwing times up a little bit. Its all a work in progress
ReplyDeleteI was doing some research and I think one thing we might want to do is make it so every one completes the workout within 5 minutes of each other. We'd have to diminish the loads for other people but I think it's better.
