Once a month on a friday every month.
Drive to stairs on Main Street
Run up the stairs 5 times (w/ weighted vest if possible)
Drive back to the school
October 12, 2012
Five times up (at least one with vest 15lb)
Squat holds to the second platform (5 sec per stair)
60 calf raises
