-Warm up: 5 RFT
-5 push ups
-5 pull ups
-stretch something for 30sec
-Strength: Deadlift 5 of 5
-Metcon: AMRAP (Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of)
-135/95 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
-15 Deficit push-ups, hands on 25 pound plates
-15 Box jumps, 24" box

I got 4 rounds plus push ups and Chandler got 4 rounds
