WOD - January 8, 2013
-fit test replacement.-

-Metcon: 2 rounds not timed
     -30 push ups
     -15 box jumps
     -10 toes to bar

-Strength 4 of 5 bench press

-Core
     -Plank as long as possible 2-7min
     -2x 30 sec plank with high weight

-Run:
     -1 mile
