This beach is just to make you happy after you read the workout.








-Metcon: 1 Round
     -100 push ups
     -100 double unders
     -100m sprint
     -100 sit ups
     -100 small box jumps (24")
     -100 burpees
     -100 air squats
     -100 swimmers
     -100 second hang from pull up bar
     -100 sec plank

-Core:
     -5 min plank
