     -20 bench

     -30 double unders

-Core:
     -1 marine (20)
     -3 min plank

***Remember that one marine is***

       -crunches
       -90-degree angle crunches
       -side crunches (right and left)
       -sit ups
       -scissor kicks
       -flutter kicks
       -heals to heavens

  6. I couldn't agree more with Josh. Especially his word choice, hah. The only easy day was yesterday, and that's because it's over now. Competition with Josh is a major drive for me, and I will not "take it easy."

  7. Take it easy was meant to be read as an encourager. Like "Take it easy on putting yourself down by thinking Josh will kick your trash, you'll do fine." Hah whatever though.
