WOD - Suit up

Monday, March 4, 2013 (White day)

- Strength: 5 of 5 power cleans

-Metcon: 4 / RFT
     - 40 push ups
     - 50 situps
     - 60 squats
     - 1 mile / 400 m run

Notes : If you have a vest, use it. (25#/30#)

Calen B. - 33:30 (30#) (400m) 3 rounds
Ian A. - 33:30 (25#) (400m) 3 rounds
Rob W. - 33:20 (round 1: 25#, round 2-3: weighted sit ups) (400m) 3 rounds finished 4 round later.
Will R. - 32:42 (no weight) (400m) 4 rounds
Josh B. - 1:14:20 (30#) (miles) 4 rounds

  7. Well some of us have track sprinting after school as well. It would be nice to know what running workout we'll be doing. Josh, do you have any idea?
