The decision is between the Metcon and basketball. The strength bit will happen regardless of the next activity. So come ready for both. Maybe if there was a desire to do some of the Metcon we can do 2 rounds and play ball. It will be up to those of you who show up tomorrow. See ya there.
ReplyDeleteI'm flustered that I can't come tomorrow. An opportunity to play basketball is hard to come by unless you're in CFC. And even then the WOD remains unpredictable throughout the week, so we never really know when we will play again. We should play once a week.
ReplyDeleteNo, I do not agree with playing once a week. Basketball is considered a rest day. Some weeks there are only two CrossFit Club days. That means you would only get in one real workout a week. That is unacceptable.
ReplyDeleteThen do something fun on Fridays. Or on weeks when there are three days. It's only a simple proposition on what we can do for 'fun'. It won't be the end of the world if we don't do a hardcore workout everyday we have CFC. But please, have it your way.
ReplyDeleteActually, we usually do mix it up on Fridays. If you don't want to workout, don't come to CrossFit Club. That's the whole point. No one is forcing you to come. You can go organize your own basketball game. But we do like to apply our athleticism, so we will be playing various sports as the weather gets warmer. And yes, we will have it our way. Until someone else is President, we will be decided the activity.
