WOD - PC Plunder

Friday, May 3, 2013 White Day

Cardio:
     - run to PC hill
     - run up PC hill with no stops (rest = walk 20 sec)

2 rounds: not timed
     - 25 push ups
     - 25 sit ups
     - 25 air squats

Cardio:
     - run down PC hill with no stops
     - run to High School
