-Deck of cards:
     - Clubs = pull ups
     - Diamonds = sit ups
     - Hearts = air squats (2x)
     - Spades = dragon walks (2x)
     - Jokers = 2 minutes of constant jump rope (penalty = add 5 seconds for every stop)
