Where are they now?

Josh Boone

Currently attending Western Washington University, Josh Olympic lifts multiple times a week, attending a Viking Fit class at the Univ. Rec center three times a week and is taking 4 courses this quarter.

Calen Buford

-- Calen will not be posting workouts from June 2015 - June 2017 --

-- Cameron Buford will post his workouts once a week, in his place --

Calen is on a Spanish speaking LDS mission, serving the people of Dallas, Texas. He will return to Utah in June 2017. He has finished two semesters at Brigham Young University, and plans to study Applied Math with a Mechanical Engineering focus. Exercise styles and equipment may be limited throughout Calen's mission. Calen prefers to performs barbell lifts and cross training style workouts.

Chandler Waugh

The University of Utah is hosting Chandler as he takes a Crossfit class this semester through the university and is taking a full credit load towards his degree in Computer Science. He is also working out every Monday through Friday with some friends (new and from high school) at 4 PM.
