Every stop means that many remaining amount of pushups added to only bar bench press.  Divide by 2 if necessary.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. 
This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it 'Body Armor.' From here on it will be referred to as 'Murph' in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.



-1 RFT:
     -1 Mile Run
     -100 Pull ups
     -200 Push ups
     -300 Air Squats
     -1 Mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Partner #1 runs 200m, while partner #2 performs max rep sledge hammer hits. When partner #1 returns from the run, switch tasks. Repeat this cycle until as a unit you have performed a total of 500x sledge hammer hits.

-Cool Down:
     - 400m run
     - 25 push ups
     - 25 sit ups
     - 10 superman pull ups


-Metcon: 21-15-9 for time
     - overhead squat 85#/45#
     - box jumps (24in/20in)
     - ring dips / dips
     - run 400m between each triplet
