Testing week. JTB

Testing week (this week) has been going well for me. I did max front squat today which will hopefully represent my clean soon and hit a new max of 265#. I'm pretty stoked on this.
Also did


3 Rounds 1 minutes per station.
    - wall balls
    - KB swings
    - box jumps
    - Shoulder to overhead 75#
    - hand release push ups

Total 381 reps for Josh
