Run:
     - 6 x 400m sprints in 1:30
     - rest 1:30
     OR
     - ruck run 1.5 miles (w/ 15#)

Strength: deadlift
     - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 reps w/ decreasing weight
